1. Data controller

Hallunda Foto, Hallunda Centrum, Norsborg, Sweden, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

2. What we collect

When you send a request through the website we store your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the service concerned, your message and any attached file.

When you are photographed or hand in pictures and documents in the shop, we process the material in order to carry out the job.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We use the details to answer your request, give a quote and carry out what you order. The legal basis is your consent, together with steps taken before and for the performance of a contract.

Accounting records are kept for as long as the Swedish Accounting Act requires. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked for it, and we never sell them.

4. How long we keep the data

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Pictures and files from completed jobs are kept only as long as needed for delivery and possible re-orders, unless we have agreed otherwise.

5. Cookies and third parties

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The Google Maps map is loaded only when you click it yourself; Google's terms then apply.

The website and email are hosted by our hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf as a data processor.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to the processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us and we will help you.
